Suggested Uses

Prelude to therapy: Entering therapy can be scary; sometimes we don't know where to begin.

Adjunct to therapy: There are 168 hours in a week. Sometimes we think of “recovery” work happening during therapy sessions. It does. Our site provides options and opportunities for additional work and discovery in between therapy sessions. We hope these additional options will empower your recovery. You know yourself better than anyone else ever will. As you complete Healthy Reflections assignments, take them to your sessions to discuss with your therapist.
