Privacy Policy

At Healthy Reflections we understand the importance of protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy covers our treatment of personal information collected when anyone is on our site or uses the services we provide; it neither addresses nor applies to individuals or third party practices over which we have no control.

Healthy Reflections only collects information pertinent to our web site; as such, our stated goal is to customize your experience and let you get the most out of what we offer. To that end:

  • We will not use or disclose any information about you without your consent unless we are required to do so by law;
  • We will never use your personal information to send you unsolicited information or "spam"; and
  • We will never give any of your personal information, your username or your browser details to any advertisers.

For your security and privacy, your information is protected with a password created by you. You will always have access to your personal information and you may edit or delete it at any time. When you register with Healthy Reflections you will be asked to enter your username. We suggest that you use a pseudonym or a made-up username.

All information gathered through the Healthy Reflections web site is stored on a secure server and is subject to all reasonable security measures. While Allen & Brown Consulting, LLC, takes all reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of the Healthy Reflections web site visitor information, no one can give absolute assurance that all information will remain secure. Under certain circumstances, it is possible that third parties may be able to intrude on the server and view your information. By submitting information to Healthy Reflections, you agree to and are aware of these risks.

At Healthy Reflections, information is collected in two ways:

  1. By what you provide to us when you enter your registration information, which requires an email address as well as some basic information about you. If you choose to create a Member Profile with a Sign-In Name, Bio, Personal Strengths, etc., Healthy Reflections makes it possible for other registered members to browse the site for this information. (The Member Profiles are completely optional.)
  2. By what your computer automatically provides to us. Via our server, Healthy Reflections collects your IP address, cookie information, and the Healthy Reflections pages you visit in an effort to help us administer and improve our site. Our servers use cookies to enable us to recognize your computer and facilitate use of our site. They do not collect personal information, and we do not combine information gathered by cookies with any personal information provided by you through registration. You may disable cookies from the "help" toolbar on your internet browser but this could affect the functionality of the Healthy Reflections site for you.

Changes & Conditions of Use

The information collected is subject to the policy in place at the time it is collected and to subsequent changes in the Privacy Policy as announced on our web site, so that our users are made aware of the changes and may act accordingly. By continuing use of our web site, once a Privacy Policy change has been announced and implemented, you agree that the information that was previously collected is now subject to the new Privacy Policy.

Finally, the conditions of use (visits to our web site, including the information collected, our use of that information, and any future disputes regarding issues of privacy) are subject to both this Policy and our Terms of Use.

If you have any questions relating to the Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy, or if you have a problem or a complaint, please use our contact form.
